    • Take a clear photo of the items you received, including the tags.
    • Let us know your order number and describe the issue.

What happens next?

Once we have all the details, our team will:

  • Confirm the issue.
  • Arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund based on your preference.
  • Cover any shipping costs for returning the incorrect item.

 How to request a cancellation:

  1. Check your order status:
    If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we can cancel it for you right away.

Important things to know:
