INCORRECT ORDER
What to do if your order is incorrect:
- Check your order confirmation: Double-check the confirmation email we sent you to ensure the items and sizes match what you originally ordered.
- Contact us with the details:
- Take a clear photo of the items you received, including the tags.
- Let us know your order number and describe the issue.

What happens next?
Once we have all the details, our team will:
- Confirm the issue.
- Arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund based on your preference.
- Cover any shipping costs for returning the incorrect item.

How to request a cancellation:
- Check your order status:
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we can cancel it for you right away. - Contact us with your order details:
